Please suggest three potential dates and times for when you would like us to come to your site and perform our services. For each of your date suggestions, please also suggest up to three times within that date.
Please allocate approximately one hour for this process. Example: Date: Mon., 3/23/20 Time 1: 10-11:00AM Time 2: 11: -12:00PM Time 2: 1:00-2:00PM
Counseling appointments will be 45 minutes long per student. Counselors must be scheduled to be at your site for an entire day (8:30-2:30/3:30 with a 1 hour lunch break). It will be necessary for your site to have a minimum of 10 students who have completed the application and orientation prior to your scheduled counseling session.
