Pay Rate: $15.75 per hour

Job Description

Purpose:

Student employee will work with the Veterans Resource Center in order to provide general administrative support and assistance in front desk duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Clerical work, including customer service and phone etiquette, data entry and filing. 
  • Create and hold class presentations.
  • Assist students with application and enrollment.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access)

Tools & Equipment Used:

Computer, standard office machines and equipment, equipment that may be specific to an assigned discipline/functional area.

Position Length:

Academic year, based on availability of funds and student’s financial aid eligibility.
