We provide FREE employment services for residents of five key cities in the East Bay known as the North Cities. The five cities include: Albany, Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville and Piedmont.

I have heard about your “Intensive Services.” How do I enroll as a client under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program grant?
- Download an application HERE
- Contact either of our centers to request an application packet to be emailed to you.
- You can complete the application by printing it and filling it in or converting it to fillable document (using Adobe Acrobat).
- Once completed, you can email the application packet to our main email: coa-ncitiescc@peralta.edu. and/or send the application packet to the attention of our Intake Specialist, tiffany.ghoddoucy@peralta.edu.

What is “EASTBAY Works?”
The Alameda and Berkeley Business Centers are part of EASTBAY Works, a network of thirteen Business and Career Centers located throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. EASTBAY Works is a regional partnership designed to coordinate employment activities in both Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. EASTBAY Works is funded by the Department of Labor and the State of California.
