In order to be eligible for the EOPS program you must:
- Be a California resident
- Be enrolled in at least 12 units (full time) with 9 units at College of Alameda
- Have less than 70 degree applicable credit coursework from Peralta or any other higher education institutions
- Qualify to receive a California College Promise Grant (CCPG/formerly known as the Board of Governor’s Fee Waiver)
- Have an educational disadvantage
