Where to Post Flyers on Campus (Approved flyers may be posted on designated bulletin boards throughout campus)
- Flyer Approval
  - Flyers should be reviewed and approved by the ASCOA Vice President of Programs or designee before posting.
  - Clubs should ensure flyers include clear and accurate event information, including the event name, date, time, location, and sponsoring club.
- Flyer Posting Guidelines
  - Post one flyer per event on each bulletin board to leave space for other campus information.
  - Flyers may not be posted on windows, doors, walls, or other non-designated surfaces.
  - Clubs are responsible for removing flyers promptly after the event has passed.

- Inter-Club Council (ICC) Participation
  - The Inter-Club Council (ICC) meetings bring together representatives from all active CoA student clubs to share updates, collaborate, and stay connected.
    - Each active club is expected to participate in ICC as part of maintaining its ASCOA charter.
    - ICC meetings are led by the ASCOA Vice President of Programs.
    - Clubs can connect, collaborate, and have a voice in campus life.

Mission Statement: API L.E.A.D. Club (Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy, Diversity) exists to create an inclusive environment where students who identify as Asian and Pacific Islander (API), as well as those interested in learning about API cultures, can thrive academically, socially, and personally. API L.E.A.D. Club aims to advance the social, cultural, intellectual, and moral growth of its members through leadership training, cultural awareness, advocacy, and community engagement. Through student and career panels, cultural events, and mentorship programs, the club helps members explore their identities, strengthen their voices, and build skills to contribute meaningfully to the campus and broader community.

EOPS Club

Mission Statement: The EOPS Club has more than one directive, but at the forefront is building a supportive community while guiding students to learn to generate their own leads for personal and scholastic needs. These needs include resources on campus and in their local communities. We do this by utilizing the "Co-Op" part of a club as a core part of the club's management and function. We are in collaboration by co-operating with multiple campus clubs, programs, and community organizations to provide students with bridges to opportunities within campus clubs and services. This could mean, but is not limited to, the benefits of networking, scholastic and personal needs like resources and information as well as partnerships and support with basic needs. We understand that with a positive local community, students can achieve more and feel a sense of belonging to enrich their life and educational experience. We will strive to make that happen for our club members and campus community.

Health Through Humanities Club

Mission Statement: The Health Through Humanities Club aims to bring together students from COA and elsewhere in the Peralta system through a shared interest in healthcare and medicine, humanities and social sciences, or both. By covering a wide range of diverse disciplines, we hope to bring together as many students as possible. We hope to build a sense of community, foster more in-person interaction on campus, and have meaningful learning experiences that stretch our knowledge about the intersection of humanities and healthcare.

Mission Statement: The MATH club aims to create an insightful and supportive environment for all Peralta students who are interested in exploring and enhancing their mathematical skills and understanding. By facilitating informational seminars focusing on the current academic topics that students are studying, the MATH club fosters deeper understanding and academic confidence. The MATH club strives to encourage community engagement and provide educational training for students to thrive academically in the field of mathematics. This club serves as a bridge for students with similar interests to connect, exchange ideas, and collaborate on problems and currently faced mathematical difficulties. MESA Club

Mission Statement: The MESA Club's main focus is to offer College of Alameda students a collaborative space and access to resources for building diverse projects. We warmly welcome and encourage participation from students with non-STEM interests as well.
