What is the Transformation Plan?
The Peralta Transformation Plan is a districtwide collaboration to address long-term fiscal sustainability, enrollment trends, and structural alignment across the district. Work within six focus areas is ongoing and consultative, with broad constituency input through shared governance bodies and engagement opportunities.
