The Financial Aid staff has identified the following Student Learning Outcomes for the various services provided to students:
    • Students will be able to identify financial aid resources for which they may qualify, submit applications and meet deadlines. (ILO 1: Problem Solving & Decision Making)
    • Students will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the Satisfactory Academic Progress “SAP” Policy for financial aid purposes. (ILO 1: Problem Solving & Decision Making)
    • Students who take out a loan will gain understanding of the requirements, rights and responsibilities, andresponsibilities, and repayment obligations associated with acquiring a federal student loan. (ILO 1: Problem Solving & Decision Making and ILO 5: Civic Responsibility)

    1. Students who utilize the Transfer Center’s services, events, and programs will demonstrate the ability to access, utilize, and integrate new transfer information learned into their transfer planning. (ILO 1 Problem Solving & Decision Making; ILO 2 Technology & Communication)
    2. Students who utilize the Transfer Center’s services and resources, and participate in the center’s events, will demonstrate an increased level of confidence in their transfer knowledge.(ILO 1 Problem Solving & Decision Making; ILO 2 Technology & Communication)
